Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repackage your bathroom fixtures in their original boxes, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective internal packaging are included to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Arrange Transportation

  Affix the return label and RMA number to the outer box and ship the items back to our central warehouse using a tracked courier service or our pre-arranged collection service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for resale quality, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
